Chances are if you are paying less, you're also getting a lower quality grade. Get the best and save labour with less breakage! Our Sheep Casings are the highest quality small diameter casings used for the finest emulsion-based sausages such as: Bockwurst, Frankfurters and Wieners. These casings combine tenderness with sufficient strength to withstand filling, cooking, and smoking operations. All Sheep Casings are sold on tubes for ease of use.For best results: First rinse with fresh water. Then, soak in 30 - 32 degrees Celsius (85 - 90 degrees Fahrenheit) water for thirty minutes prior to use.
