Our new meat tenderizer is compactly designed with raisonne stainless steel knives, strictly complies to the hygiene standard; the machine has two groups of knives inside and a lengthened entrance and out for better efficiency and safety. It can either be manually operated or attached to a compatible TC12 or TC22 electric meat grinder to automate the meat tenderizing process.
